BlueMAC Reports Growth and Plans for Future Invest

It is only just
over a year since BlueMAC Manufacturing burst on to the market, bringing a refreshing approach to the design and manufacture of bespoke recycling plants. BlueMAC combines the extensive market knowledge and enviable reputation of the highly successful national equipment distributor, Blue Group, with the technological expertise of DMAC Engineering, the well-established and respected manufacturer based in Coalisland, Co. Tyrone. Between them, they created what has swiftly become a key player in the production of tailor-made recycling plants and associated equipment under the BlueMAC brand.

The company reports a gratifying growth since inception, with eighteen complete recycling plants already installed and many more in the pipeline. Customer satisfaction has been unanimous and the client list is comprised of both independent recyclers and large national groups. Forward orders are certain to exceed the first year by a long way and, in addition, BlueMAC has also recently developed and launched their Mobile AMS (All Metal Separator). This robust and efficient crawler-mounted machine is already a stock item at Blue Group’s various locations, with two models out on extensive field trials with customers.

BlueMAC offers the recycling industry innovative modular products that are robustly manufactured at a cost effective price. BlueMAC’s turnkey in-house manufacturing process ensures total control of cost, design, components, engineering, quality and after-sales product support, overseeing each project from initial enquiry to installation and commissioning. Now, with the order books bulging and more innovative recycling machines already in development, BlueMAC announces that, during 2015, the company will develop new offices at their extensive 7,300m² manufacturing facility. Alongside this will be a recruitment campaign to ensure that the optimum in quality engineering and support personnel can be maintained as the planned and rational growth programme develops over the coming months.

Pat McGeary from Blue Group and Oliver McShane of BlueMAC are extremely enthusiastic about their plans for BlueMAC. “We were always confident that we had found a good formula for success and are delighted that the first twelve months or so have more than justified that confidence” says Pat McGeary. “Our plans for the factory allow us to maintain our growth and develop new plant and equipment for our range,” adds Oliver McShane “whilst ensuring that we can build on the engineering quality that has been such a vital factor in our success since we launched last year”.

With expansion like this under way after a mere twelve months, it is clear that the future is very bright for the team at BlueMAC
